At AXOMYTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during a final sale promotion
- Gift cards
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@axomyth.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if claiming damage)
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return is approved:
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Print the label and attach it to your package
- Drop off your package at any Royal Mail or authorized shipping location
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, variant, or another AXOMYTH product, please contact us at support@axomyth.com and we will be happy to help arrange an exchange.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@axomyth.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
