SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are committed to getting your AXOMYTH products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £3.95
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.95
- Free shipping on orders over £40

European Union:
- Standard Delivery (5-10 business days): £8.95
- Express Delivery (2-3 business days): £15.95

Rest of World:
Currently not available. Please contact support@axomyth.com for international shipping inquiries.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD. Tracking information will be provided with your order confirmation email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using this number on the carrier's website.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@axomyth.com with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will investigate and either reship your order or provide a full refund.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (EU ORDERS)

For EU deliveries, customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

DELAYS

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High order volume
- Customs clearance (international orders)
